I hold a Computer Engineering degree from Duoc UC (2020), evaluated by WES in Canada, and have more than 5 years of software development experience at the Chilean Judiciary. I now live in Edmonton, where I help people and small businesses with their websites and computers. So far I have worked with more than 50 clients in Canada and Chile.

What devices do you work on?
Desktop computers (PCs) and laptops. On Mac computers I work at the software level only. I do not service phones, tablets, printers or other devices.
Is the diagnosis free?
Yes, it is free. I check your computer at no cost and you only pay if you decide to go ahead with the repair. Quotes are always free too.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer) or cash. I do not accept cards or online payment platforms. Whether a deposit is needed depends on the job and is agreed in your quote.
Do you do home visits?
Yes, in Edmonton. Home visits have an extra cost that depends on the day, time and location, and it is included in your free quote. Websites and remote support are available anywhere.
When are you available?
I am available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Write any time and I will reply within 24 hours.
How long does a job take?
Most computer repairs take 1 to 3 days. A landing page takes 3 to 5 days, a business website 1 to 2 weeks, and single website edits are done within 48 hours. Online stores get their timeline in the quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All work comes with a 30-day warranty: if the same problem comes back within 30 days, I check it again at no cost. Websites also include training and 14 days of support after launch.
Do you replace laptop parts?
Yes, simple parts: RAM, SSD, battery and fans. I do not replace screens or repair motherboards. I can get the part for you (paid separately), or you can buy it and I install it.
Can you recover deleted files?
No, I do not offer data recovery. If your drive still works, I can back up your files before formatting.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?
You do, and both are registered in your name, so the website always belongs to you. I set everything up and publish the site for you.
